Shipping & Shipping Times
Most orders will ship within one week of payment received. We ship via both USPS and UPS, which takes 2 to 7 business days within the continental US. UPS packages must be sent to a street address (no P.O. boxes). To make shipping costs reasonable for our customers in Alaska and Hawaii, we ship to them via USPS Priority Mail. If you need your package shipped to a PO/APO box, please contact us.
All sales are final. Please contact us immediately if you should find anything out of the ordinary with your order. If the item you ordered is not defective upon receipt, we cannot accept returns.
